[AMEND]

SPORTS RULES

30. RUGBY UNION

30.3 30.4 Normal Time Where Extra Time is included

Unless otherwise stated, all rugby union markets are settled on the score at the end of regular time (typically 80 minutes), including any injury time added on to regular time by the referee.

“Head-to-Head” and “Match Result” betting options (where a “Draw” selection is not offered) include any extra time. For the avoidance of doubt, betting options that are stated to include extra time will include any extra time.

30.4 30.5 Where Extra Time is included Normal Time

“Head-to-Head” and “Match Result” betting options (where a “Draw” selection is not offered) include any extra time. For the avoidance of doubt, betting options that are stated to include extra time will include any extra time.

Unless otherwise stated and subject to Rule 30.4, all rugby union and rugby sevens markets are settled on the score at the end of scheduled regular time, including any injury time added on to regular time by the referee.

30.5 30.6

30.6 30.7 Tournament Betting

Betting on the outcome of any Tournament is All In.

For all outright and tournament specific markets, betting is All In.

If for any reason the scheduled number of games in a tournament are not completed, affected tournament markets will be void unless the outcome has already been determined.

Player markets, such as Top Tournament Try Scorer, Top Point Scorer, Top Team Try Scorer do not include play-offs unless otherwise stated. Dead Heat Rules apply.

For betting purposes any team which has points deducted due to breaches of rules and regulations will be deemed a starter. If at the time a breach is announced, the loss of points means only one eventuality can occur (i.e. Miss the 8 must occur) then all bets on that competitor are void and monies refunded. Any decision made by the governing body regarding penalties is final. Betting on the outcome of any Tournament is All In.

30.7 30.8 Miss 4/8 Player of the Match

Betting on the outcome of any Tournament is All In.

The market will be settled as follows:

(a) We will settle in accordance with the man of the match announced in commentary during the live broadcasting of the match.

(b) If there is no announcement during the match, we will settle in accordance with the player of the match award presented during the live broadcasting of the match.

(c) If there is no presentation during the broadcast, we will settle in accordance with the player quoted as player of the match on the broadcasting channel’s official website.

(d) If the broadcaster’s official website does not quote a player as being player of the match, we will settle on the player quoted as player of the match on the website of the governing body for that competition. For example, World Rugby for all International Rugby Union.

(e) If we are unable to settle the market via the methods described above, then all bets on the Player of the Match market will be void.

(f) Bets placed on players that take any part in the match will stand. A bet on a player that does not take any part in the match will be void.

(g) We will also be able to offer a price, upon request, on any player not quoted in the market. Any unquoted player will be deemed the winner should they receive the player of the match award.

30.8 30.9 Yellow/Red Cards

Card markets will be settled on that awarded by the referee during regular time. If a Yellow Card is upgraded to a Red during normal time, this will count as a Red Card not a Yellow Card.

Subsequent changes after normal time is complete will not be considered for resulting purposes.

These Rules come into force on 10 June 2024.
