Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal

Section 221(4)(b) Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 221(4)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that MANIOTOTO IRRIGATION COMPANY LIMITED (Company Number: 434663) and MANIOTOTO WEST SIDE IRRIGATION COMPANY LIMITED (Company Number: 1166066) and MANIOTOTO EAST SIDE IRRIGATION COMPANY LIMITED (Company Number: 427910) and WAIPIATA IRRIGATION COMPANY LIMITED (Company Number: 428259) propose to amalgamate.

The amalgamated (continuing) company will be MANIOTOTO IRRIGATION COMPANY LIMITED.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, either:

1. at the registered offices of each amalgamating company detailed below during normal business hours; or
2. supplied free of charge by writing to the registered office of that amalgamating company, detailed below, requesting a copy.

The registered offices for the amalgamating companies are:
