Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 221(4)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that SOUTHPARK PROPERTY LIMITED (Company Number: 3348951) and INDUSTRIAL PARK COOLSTORES LIMITED (Company Number: 114464) and WATERLOO PARK LIMITED (Company Number: 4353038) and ISLINGTON PROPERTY INVESTMENTS LIMITED (Company Number: 6199180) propose to amalgamate.

The amalgamated (continuing) company will be SOUTHPARK PROPERTY LIMITED.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, at the registered offices of each amalgamating company detailed below during normal business hours.

Any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal by writing to the registered office of that amalgamating company, detailed below, requesting a copy.
