Notice of Creditors Meeting

A meeting of creditors of NZMA NATURAL HONEY LIMITED (in liquidation) will be held by conducting a postal ballot at 2.00pm on 30 April 2024 at the office of Nair Draht Limited, 97 Great South Road, Epsom, Auckland, 1051.

The purpose of the meeting is to resolve whether to confirm the appointment of the liquidator appointed in terms of section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 or to appoint another liquidator in his place and whether to appoint a liquidation committee. Voting will take place by postal ballot and creditors’ claims and postal ballots must be lodged with Mr. Heiko Draht at Nair Draht Limited, 97 Great South Road, Epsom, Auckland, 1051 by 2.00pm on 26 April 2024.
