In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 (“Act”), and in the matter of mortgage instrument 12587505.3 (“Mortgage”):

Secure Funding Limited, a duly incorporated company with its registered office at Level 2, 110 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010, as mortgagee (“Mortgagee”) under the Mortgage gives notice that, pursuant to orders of the High Court at Wellington in proceeding CIV-2024-485-46 dated 16 April 2024 and 18 June 2024 and section 139(1)(c) of the Act, the Mortgagee entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below:

5 Takutai Road, Pukerua Bay, Porirua 5026 comprised and described in Record of Title WN522/204, Part Lot 29 Deposited Plan 8279.
