Notice is hereby given that NATIONAL AUSTRALIA MANAGERS LIMITED intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and will give notice to the Companies Registrar to be removed from the Overseas Register not earlier than three months from the date of the publication of this notice in accordance with section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993.
