This document notifies you that:

1. On 14 May 2024, an application for putting DREAMZ CONSTRUCTION NZ LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton/Kirikiriroa. Its reference number is CIV-2024-419-113. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton/Kirikiriroa on Monday, 15 July 2024 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear at the hearing of the application, must file an appearance not later than the second working day before the date for the hearing of the application.
