Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 25 June 2024, Rees Logan and Andrew McKay of BDO Auckland, both chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (Registration Numbers: IP34 and IP40 respectively), were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the Entities by Luna Crest Development X Limited under the terms of a general security deed dated 29 March 2023.

The property in receivership is all of the Entities present and after-acquired property, being the Entities personal property and all other property.

All receivers and managers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners in accordance with the Insolvency Practitioners Regulation Act 2019. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar.
