Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given that David Sean Webb and Robert Edward Campbell, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of all the property charged of the above-named company on 20 May 2024 at 6.35am under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 23 December 2020 and a specific security agreement dated 23 December 2020 in favour of Kiwibank Limited.

Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. More information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.

The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are: Deloitte, Level 20, Deloitte Centre, 1 Queen Street, Auckland 1010.
