Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Garry Whimp and Benjamin Francis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies as follows:

TIMES HOUSE PUBLISHING LIMITED by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 27 June 2024 at 12.15pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

ULIKE CARS LIMITED by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 24 June 2024 at 12.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 9 August 2024 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
