Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above company on 6 June 2024 appointed Garry Whimp and Benjamin Francis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company.

In accordance with section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held by postal vote at 12.00pm Friday, 19 July 2024.

Business

1. Whether to confirm the appointment of Garry Whimp and Benjamin Francis as liquidators.
2. Whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the incumbent.
3. Whether to appoint a liquidation committee.
4. If a committee is appointed, to elect members on the committee.
