Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Benjamin Francis and Garry Whimp, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies as follows:

FLASH EXCAVATIONS LIMITED by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 18 June 2024 at 3.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

GREAT PARADISE LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland on 14 June 2024 at 11.02am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

HELLO CONSTRUCTION LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland on 14 June 2024 at 11.04am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 16 August 2024 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidations.
