Notice of Concurrent First Creditors’ Meeting

The first meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held at Beachside Nelson, 70 Beach Road, Tahunanui, Nelson 7011 on Friday, 21 June 2024 at 11.00am.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. Decide whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members for the company; and
2. Decide whether there is any need to replace the administrators of the company.
