Geoff Falloon, chartered accountant of Biz Rescue Limited, was appointed administrator of the above companies by resolution of the boards on 11 June 2024 at 4.03pm.
Meeting of Creditors
Meetings of creditors will be held on Friday, 21 June 2024 at 11.30am and 12.00pm respectively at the Marlborough Chamber of Commerce, Wairau Training Room, Level 1, 6 Scott Street, Blenheim.
Purpose of Meeting
- Confirm or otherwise the appointment of Geoff Falloon as administrator of the companies.
- Consider whether or not to appoint creditor committees and, if so, to appoint members.
- Table and discuss the administrator’s interests statements.
Note – Proxies and Postal Votes
To attend and vote, those trading as a company or partnership will need to appoint a person as the company or partnership proxy.
Proxy forms and postal vote forms are available from the administrator. Completed forms are required to be in the hands of the administrator by 5.00pm Thursday, 20 June 2024.
Licensed Insolvency Practitioners
