Notice of Appointment of Administrators and
Public Notice of First Meeting of Creditors

1. Pursuant to section 239ADW(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), notice is hereby given that on 2 May 2024 at 10.40am, Stephen Speers Keen (IP159) and Malcolm Russell Moore (IP42) were appointed by each of the above-named (“Group”) companies as joint and several administrators of the Group by notices of appointment and resolutions passed under section 239I of the Act.
2. Pursuant to section 239AO(1)(b) of the Act, notice is now given that a meeting of the creditors of the Group will be held at The Maritime Room (Princes Wharf, Auckland) on Monday, 13 May 2024 at 10.00am.
3. The purpose of the meeting is to determine:
1. Whether to appoint a creditors committee and, if so, to appoint its members.
2. Whether to replace the Administrators.
