Notice of Watershed Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 239AU of the Companies Act 1993, notice is hereby given that the watershed meeting for the creditors of NEW ZEALAND WORKERS’ ASSOCIATION CO-OP CO. LIMITED (administrators appointed) will be held on Wednesday 3 April 2024 at 11.00am. The meeting will be held at the offices of BDO Tauranga Limited, Level 1, 525 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3110.

The purpose of the meeting is:

1. To consider the report of the administrator (a copy is available on request)
2. To consider whether:

1. to execute a deed of company arrangement; or
2. to bring the administration to an end; or
3. the company should be placed into liquidation.

Creditors may exercise their right to vote by being present in person, or by appointing a proxy or by postal vote. Postal votes and proxies must be received no later 11.00am on 2 April 2024 by BDO Tauranga Limited, PO Box 15660, Tauranga 3144 or email denise.cooper@bdo.co.nz. Denise Cooper is authorised to receive and count postal votes in relation to the watershed meeting of the company.
