Notice of Appointment of Administrators

Benjamin Francis and Garry Whimp give notice that we were appointed administrators by a resolution of the company director on 13 March 2024 pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

Notice is also given that, pursuant to section 239AN and Schedule 5 of the Act, a first meeting of creditors of the company will be held online by Zoom link at 10.00am on Monday, 25 March 2024.

A link will be sent to all known creditors.

The purpose of the meeting is to determine:

• Whether to appoint a creditor’s committee, and if so, to appoint its members; and
• Whether to replace the administrators.
