Section 124(1) of the Building Societies Act 1965

The Registrar of Building Societies, pursuant to section 124(1)(c) of the Building Societies Act 1965, hereby cancels the registration of ALLIANT PERPETUAL LIMITED (2119022) on and from 29 September 2023 on the grounds that it has, after notice from the Registrar, contravened the provisions of the Act.
