Section 101 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008

Take notice that I propose to restore the following limited partnership to the register on the application of the person named below. I am satisfied that this limited partnership was at the time of deregistration carrying on business and there is a proper reason for it to continue in existence.

RAWA NO.1 LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (50003300) – Applicant: Clodagh Knight, 55 Shortland Street, Auckland Central, Auckland 1010.

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 28 September 2023 being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice.
