Notice of Appointment of Administrators

Garry Whimp and Benjamin Francis, give notice that we were appointed administrators by a resolution of the director of the company on 20 October 2023 pursuant to section 239L of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

Notice is also given that, pursuant to section 239AN and Schedule 5 of the Act a first meeting of creditors of the company will be held at Tompkins Wake Lawyers, Level 17/88 Shortland Street, Auckland on Thursday, 2 November 2023 at 11.00am.

The purpose of the meeting is to determine:

• Whether to appoint a creditor’s committee, and if so, to appoint its members; and
• Whether to replace the administrators.
