Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 14 February 2022 at 1.30pm, the shareholders of the above company passed a special resolution that the company be placed into voluntary solvent liquidation, having filed a resolution as to solvency, and that Richard Raymond David Taylor and Craig Ross McCoy, of Christchurch, be appointed as joint liquidators.
