Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

Elizabeth Helen Keene and Luke Norman, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court of New Zealand at Christchurch on 4 August 2022 at the following times:

NAIDU ENTERPRISES LIMITED at 10.10am

BUILD REPUBLIC LIMITED at 10.40am

The appointments were made on the application of Inland Revenue.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

The liquidators fix 4 October 2022 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
