Notice of Appointment of Administrators

Pursuant to Sections 239ADW and 239AO of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended) (“Act”)

Iain Bruce Shephard and Jessica Jane Kellow, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Wellington (Registration Numbers: IP71 and IP75, respectively) were appointed joint administrators of the above-named company pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993 on 9 February 2022 at 10.30am.

Notice to Creditors

All creditors should forward details of any claim they may have against the company, including details of any claims made against the assets of the company pursuant to reservation of title or otherwise, to the administrators at the address noted below.

Notice of First Meeting of Creditors

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held on Monday 21 February 2022 at 11.00am. The meeting will be held virtually, please contact Ryan Killkolly at the administrators’ office for a link to the virtual meeting.

The purpose of the meeting is to determine:

1. whether to appoint a committee of creditors; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee’s members.

At the meeting, creditors may also by resolution:

1. remove the administrator from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator of the company.
