Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 27 March 2019 at 5.25pm it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder(s), pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that FOURSTAR WELLINGTON LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
