Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Boris van Delden and Peri Micaela Finnigan, CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the shareholder of the company at 3.30pm on 6 February 2018 pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 23 March 2018 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
