This document notifies you that:

1. On 2 May 2016, an application for putting GINJAR LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2016-404-902. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 17 June 2016 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiffs’ address for service.
4. The plaintiffs are Phillip James Thornton, Karen Ann Thornton and Geoffrey Stewart Hatten (as trustees of the Hampstead Trust), whose address for service is at the offices of Hesketh Henry, Level 14, PwC Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland.
