Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 24 April 2013, Tony Leonard Maginness and Boris van Delden, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of JBJ VITICULTURAL CONTRACTORS LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 27th day of July 2007, which property consists of all its present and after-acquired personal and non-personal property.
