TBNZ INVESTMENTS (UK) LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of the United Kingdom and registered under Part XVIII of the Companies Act 1993 as an overseas company gives notice, under section 341(1)(a) of that Act, of its intention to cease carrying on business in New Zealand on 1 December 2011 or soon after that date.
