Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993
Michael John Fisher and Barry White, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, have been appointed joint liquidators of MORRIS & CLARKE LIMITED (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on 31 October 2011 at 11.05am by order of the High Court at Rotorua.
The liquidators fix 25 November 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority they may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
