Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 2 September 2011, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that OTAGO SOUTH FORESTRY CONSULTANTS LIMITED be liquidated and that Lee McAuslan, chartered accountant of Outram, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 2 September 2011.
