Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a de1egation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the lessee’s interest under Pastoral Lease P21, recorded in Computer Interest Register CB529/21 in the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the Crown Land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Mackenzie District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the
road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 52(1), set apart for defence purposes and vested in the Crown.
(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule to
this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(5), incorporated into Pastoral Lease P21, recorded in
Computer Interest Register CB529/21 subject to all existing encumbrances.
