Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into:
(a) The land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for stream diversion;
(b) The land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for stream diversion purposes;
(c) The land described in the Third Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for stream diversion purposes excluding mineral interests reserved by section 206 of the Land Act 1924
and shall vest in the Otorohanga District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
