Pursuant to sections 14(6) and 14(8) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988 (“the Act”), and acting under delegated authority from the Chief Executive of
the Ministry of Economic Development, having carried
out a review (notice of initiation of which was published
in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 December 2007, No. 142, page 3687) of the imposition of anti-dumping duty in respect of imports into New Zealand of galvanised wire from South Africa, I hereby give notice the following notice.
N o t i c e
Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Completion of the Review and Initiation of Reassessment: Anti-dumping Duties on Galvanised Wire from South Africa.
