Profile Requirements
Under sections 159B (2), 159N (4) and 159Y (3) of the Education Act 1989, the Minister of Education and
the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) give the following notice.

1. This notice may be cited as the Education (Exemptions from Charter and Profile requirements for ACE New Provider Fund applicants) Notice 2005.
2. This notice applies from the date of its publication.
Introduction
All organisations that seek or receive funding from the TEC must have an approved charter and profile unless exempt from the requirement to have a charter and profile.
Exemptions From Charter and Profile Requirements for Ace New Provider Fund Applicants for 2005
The Minister exempts the following type of Tertiary Education Organisation (TEO) seeking TEC funding from 2005 Charter requirements.
The TEC similarly exempts these same TEOs from 2005 Profile requirements:
Organisations seeking ACE New Provider funding from the TEC.
