the Register

James Rory Ryder, of 219 Thorpe Street, Motueka, hereby gives notice that he intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies to restore Cerego Trawling Company Limited to the New Zealand Register of Companies, under sections 328 (2) (a) and 328 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, upon the grounds that he was a shareholder of the company at the time it was removed from the Register and upon the further grounds that at the time of the company's removal from
the Register reasons existed for the company to continue in existence, namely it continued to own property.
Any objection to the restoring of the company to the Register must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies by the 21st day of April 2004.
