On 12 May 2003, the Commerce Commission made a determination, under section 27 of the Telecommunications Act 2001 ("the Act"), on the terms and conditions for the supply of wholesale designated access services by Telecom New Zealand Limited to TelstraClear Limited and Clear Communications Limited ("Decision 497").
Pursuant to section 58 (2) of the Act, the Commerce Commission gives public notice that it has amended Decision 497 for the purposes of making a clarification under section 58 (2) of the Act.
