Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, by special resolution passed on the 18th day of October 2004 at 10.00 a.m. in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the company was placed in liquidation and Murray Judge and Christine Henderson, chartered accountants of HWI Limited, were appointed liquidators.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 10th day of December 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
