Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the
New Zealand Register Trans-Orient Petroleum (NZ) Limited (in liquidation) ("the company"), which has its registered office at Third Floor, 85 The Terrace, Wellington, by request, under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the grounds of the delivery of the final liquidation documents to the Registrar in accordance with section 257 (1) (a).
The company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in part and no creditor has applied to the Court, under section 241 of the Act, for an order putting the company into liquidation.
The date by which an objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is the 2nd day of May 2003.
