Five Star Consumer Finance Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Level One, 10 College Hill, Ponsonby, Auckland, on the 29th day of August 2003, appointed John Lawrence Vague and John Trevor Whittfield, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Freedom Communications 2000 Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 1st day of February 2002, which property consists of all the present and future assets.
