Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The above-named companies passed special resolutions, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, to appoint Curtis John Mountfort, chartered accountant
of Auckland, as liquidator of Jackson Construction Limited on the 9th day of December 2002 at 2.00 p.m., and of Leda Construction Limited on the 11th day of December 2002 at 8.35 a.m.
The liquidator fixes the 29th day of January 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
