Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that A.C.N. 000 335 802 Limited intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and will, not earlier than three months after giving this notice, give notice to the Registrar of Companies stating the date on which it will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
