Take notice that on Wednesday, the 14th day of August 2002, an application for putting Deadline Typesetting Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 23rd day of September 2002
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Fuji Xerox New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Chapman Tripp Sheffield Young, Solicitors, Level Thirty-five, ANZ Centre, 23-29 Albert Street, Auckland.
