Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that on the 5th day of November 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Banks Peninsula Meats Limited be liquidated and that Simon John Abbot and Graeme Norman Davey, both chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint and several liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 5th day of November 2001.

Meeting of Creditors
This company filed a solvency certificate with the Companies Office dated the 10th day of October 2001 and therefore, pursuant to section 243 (8), no creditors' meeting is required to be called.

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
23rd day of November 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
