Cancellation of Vesting and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting in the Southland District Council of the land described in Schedule One hereto, and further revokes the reservation as a local purpose reserve over the land described in Schedules One and Two.
