Declaration That Land Vested in The Napier City Council is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, East Coast/Hawke's Bay Conservancy, notifies that on 16 December 1998, The Napier City Council resolved that the area of land vested in the council and described in the Schedule shall be local purpose (golf course) reserve. Schedule Hawke's Bay Land District Napier City Council First: 43.1098 hectares, more or less, being Lot 13, D.P. 6396 and Lots 29 and 31, D.P. 6055, being all the land in certificate of title B2/1228. Second: 4.8739 hectares, more or less, being part of the Te Whare-O-Maraenui Block and part Lot 1, D.P. 4206, being all the land in certificate of title 57/147.
