Appointment of Director of Residual Health Management Unit Pursuant to section 18 (2) of the Health Reforms (Transitional Provisions) Act 1993, and in accordance with clause 3 of the Second Schedule to the Health and Disability Services Act 1993, I re-appoint Peter Kemp as a director of the Residual Health Management Unit from the date of appointment until 30 June 2000, on the conditions specified in the Schedule to this notice.
