The removal is by request pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955 (``the Act''), on the grounds that the liquidations have been completed and the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Act, namely the liquidator's final report and accounts, have been sent to the Registrar of Companies.
