Tubbs, liquidator of Wholesale European Cars Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at the offices of Pierce/Tubbs, Level Three, Fidelity House, 167 Victoria Street, Christchurch, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
