Financial Independence Limited Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993 On the 31st day of March 1999, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Financial Independence Limited be liquidated and that Gerald Stanley Rea and John Maurice Leonard, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
