HIH Holdings New Zealand Limited (``the company'') Notice of Intention to Apply to be Removed From the New Zealand Register Pursuant to Section 353 of the Companies Act 1993 HIH Holdings New Zealand Limited, a company incorporated in New Zealand, having its registered office at Level Six, Quay Tower, 29 Customers Street West, Auckland, hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 353 of the Companies Act 1993, that: (a) It intends to apply, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, for the company to be removed from the New Zealand Register on or after the 24th day of November 1998, in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in, or in any part of, another country; and (b) It is proposed that the company will become incorporated under the law in force in Australia.
